Since 2017, Emiliano has worked with diverse organizations across Northern California, developing strategies that enhance team dynamics, communication, and leadership effectiveness. As co-founder of Soligo, an AI company focused on learning and development, he brings a unique perspective on how technology can amplify human capabilities rather than replace them.
Emiliano's approach combines analytical thinking with practical solutions, focusing on what actually works in real workplace settings. His training sessions are known for being engaging and results-oriented, designed to create lasting impact for the people and organizations he works with.

Bio: Theresa Haney is a California-licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Property Manager (CPM), and the founder of Entwood Property Management and Atrix Real Estate. With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial property management, she brings real-world, hands-on insight to everything she teaches.
Alongside her brokerage and management companies, Theresa leads a consulting and speaking practice focused on efficiency, burnout prevention, compliance, and sustainable business systems for landlords, investors, and property management professionals. She’s passionate about helping others build businesses that support their lives—not overwhelm them.
A former President of the North Valley Property Owners Association and a long-time industry advocate, Theresa is known for delivering practical, relatable, and immediately actionable education. She lives and works in Northern California with her family.
Alysha Sanchez is a Butte County native, originally from Paradise, CA. She began her career in property management in 2015 and has managed both single-family and multi-family portfolios. Over time, she found her passion in student housing, serving as Director of the ChicoStudentHousing.com campaign through her work with Entwood Property Management.
In addition to helping run Happy Valley Leasing, Alysha is the Secondary Broker and Business Manager at Entwood Property Management. She is deeply committed to advocacy and education, working to support and inform both property owners and residents. Since 2019, Alysha has been an active member of the North Valley Property Owners Association (NVPOA), serving on multiple committees and the Board of Directors. She values the ongoing education and professional connections she gains through collaboration with colleagues across the North State.
Morgan Massie

Keynote Topic: Professionalism in the Workplace
Bio: Morgan Massie is an award-winning leadership development executive, TEDx speaker, and ICF-certified coach (ACC). She is the founder of Leadership and Training Concierge and also serves as co-founder and Chief Learning and Development Officer of Empowered Ventures. A PhD candidate in Business Management with a specialization in Leadership, Morgan brings a research-informed, strengths-based approach to helping organizations build trust, accountability, and high-performing teams.
She is the co-author of The Five Coaching Conversations and Change RHYTHM, two frameworks used by organizations to improve communication, resilience, and leadership effectiveness. Morgan holds a Master’s in Instructional Systems Design from the University of Central Florida and a certificate in Positive Psychology and Resilience from the University of Pennsylvania. She is certified in DiSC and Predictive Index and has led leadership development programs for nationally distributed teams. Based in Reno, Morgan frequently travels to Chico through her partnership with Butte College’s The Training Place, delivering leadership training for organizations throughout the region.
