Management Company
At NVPOA we have several Management Companies that have elected to join us for our Advocacy, Education, Support, and Forms. If you manage for others you would likely want to join as a Management Company member where you even have the opportunity to be listed in our Management Company Directory as a referral to those seeking a management company to manage their rental homes.
Private Owner
80% of NVPOA's members are Private Owners that own/manage their own rental properties. If you are seeking support with Forms, Education, Credit Screening Reports, Industry Referrals, Advocacy, and Support with self-managing your rental properties you may want to join as a Private Owner Member.
Industry Partner
If you own or manage a business that provides support to area housing providers and management companies you may want to join as an Industry Partner member. When you join as an Industry Partner you will be listed in our online directory of service providers, published in our monthly newsletter directory, advertising opportunities, social/networking events, and education.
