Brittany Hightower began her rewarding career in property management in 2008 when she was recruited by FPI Management Inc. Starting as a Leasing Agent, she quickly advanced to the role of Community Manager. Since then, she has managed a variety of communities across Northern California—including Turlock, San Jose, Auburn, and the greater Sacramento area—before settling in Chico, CA.
Today, Brittany serves as the Regional Portfolio Manager for Chico's market-rate communities. Known as "Britt" among friends and colleagues, she is passionate about maintaining strong resident relationships while driving profitability for her clients.
In 2019, Brittany received her first Northern Valley Property Owners Association award for Best Property Management Staff, and she has since earned multiple accolades recognizing the success and dedication of her and her team in the Chico market.
She is happily married to her best friend, Steffan, and is the proud mother of Ryland Rose.
