Alysha Sanchez

Alysha is a Butte County native, originally from Paradise, CA. She began her career in property management in 2015 and has managed both single-family and multi-family portfolios. Over time, she found her passion in student housing, serving as Director of the ChicoStudentHousing.com campaign through her work with Entwood Property Management.

Currently, Alysha is the Secondary Broker and Business Manager at Entwood Property Management. She is deeply committed to advocacy and education, working to support and inform both property owners and residents. Since 2019, Alysha has been an active member of the North Valley Property Owners Association (NVPOA), serving on multiple committees and the Board of Directors. She values the ongoing education and professional connections she gains through collaboration with colleagues across the North State.
