Welcome to the new NVPOA Website!

So, you're ready to sign up for Tenant Screening Services.  Great decision!  You have taken your first step to assuring you will have the right tools to make informed decisions regarding residential rental applicants.

Just follow the directions on this page for a fast and easy subscription process and we can have you pulling your own credit reports in a few days.

• Make sure you have Adobe Reader® installed on your computer.  For your free copy of this software, click here:

• Obtain the "Full Application" for membership.  Click here  to download the form. 

• Fill out the "Full Application" form online.  It is an interactive form. 

• Print the Full Application out and sign it.

• Obtain the "Subscription Agreement".  Click here  to download the form.

• Fill out the "Subscription Agreement" online.  It is an interactive form.

• Print the Subscription Agreement and sign it.

• Obtain the "Bank Reference" form.  Click here   to download the form.

• Fill out the "Bank Reference" form.  It is an interactive form.

• Print the Bank Reference form out and sign it.

• Copy your Driver License or State ID (use photo setting on copier so the copy is legible).

• Verification Document #1 (Provide one of the following to verify rental property ownership):

  • Copy of property tax bill of a rental property owned by the Applicant (must be less than 12 months old)

  • Copy of closing statement of a rental property owned by the Applicant (must be less than 12 months old)

• Verification Document #2 (Provide one of the following to verify rental property ownership):

  • Deed for rental property owned by applicant.

  • Declaration page for fire insurance for rental property owned by applicant.

  • Utility bill for rental property owned by applicant.

  • Flood certification for rental property owned by applicant.

  • Copy of declaration page for title insurance policy for rental property owned by applicant.

• Fax, Scan & Email, Mail or Hand Deliver the following to our office:

  • Application

  • Subscription Agreement

  • Bank Reference Form

  • Copy of your Photo ID

  • Verification Document 1

  • Verification Document 2

  • And (non members only) your check for $25.00 payable to NVPOA

• NVPOA staff will, upon receipt of the necessary documents, complete your account setup, and mail your welcome package in a few days.

• Once your setup is complete, you will be able to obtain credit reports online or by using our staff.
