Officers:
President - Greg Wietbrock Greg joined The Hignell Companies as Vice President of Property Management in 2008. His commitment to excellence is evidenced by his 31 years of leadership experience in the produce industry, most recently as the Director of Procurement. In his capacity as Vice President, Greg oversees the operational management of our Community Association, Residential and Commercial divisions of property management.
Vice President - Tim ColbieTim is a 1992 graduate of California State University, Chico. He holds a BS in Business Administration. He is the immediate past President of the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation. In addition, he is immediate past President of the Chico State Alumni Association, is immediate past Vice President for Communication and Advocacy for the California State University – Alumni Council.
He served on the 2003/04 Butte County Grand Jury and was selected as Forman for the 2004/05 Jury. In 2005/08 he served as a director from the North region for the California Grand Juror’s Association.
Mr. Colbie is the owner and operator of Great Escape Travel, a travel agency located in Chico, California. He currently serves as Treasurer of North Valley Property Owners Association, is a past member of the Butte County Parole board and as a board member for the Stansbury House, a home that was built in 1883 and gifted to the City of Chico to be preserved. Tim is a member of the Chico Noon Rotary Club and is a super uncle to his 3 nephews.
Secretary - Kathy HayesKathy Hayes, a Chico native, has owned and managed properties for twenty years specializing in single family homes and small multi-family properties. A highlight for her has been to meet the many wonderful residents over the years who have enriched her life. Kathy enjoys contributing to the Chico community through volunteering in local schools, Enloe Hospital, and serving as a Board member of NVPOA.
Treasurer - Laurie RaucherLaurie Raucher, CPM, has been in property management for over thirty years, and she has been the Property Manager for Ferguson & Brewer since June, 1989. She attended California State University in both Chico and Hayward, and joined Ring Brothers Management in southern California. She was an on-site manager, became Director of Apartment Operations with responsibility for 2,600 apartment units, 640 boat slips, 12,000 square feet of commercial space and 85 employees. She became the Executive Vice President of a management and syndication firm with responsibility for 1,740 apartment units and 50,000 square feet of commercial space. Laurie has received the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management of the National Association of Realtors and is licensed with the California Department of Real Estate. She served as President of the North Valley Property Owners Association during 2000-2001. Laurie currently lives in Paradise.

Steve Depa - Legislative OfficerSteve has held several positions with NVPOA in the past including President and Vice President. Steve graduated from California State University Chico in 1981 with a degree in Business Administration-Accounting. Steve has been in the real estate business since 1980 and holds a Broker License with the California Department of Real Estate. Steve currently is with RE/MAX of Chico. In 1996 Steve met the love of his life, Nancy. Steve has three children; Matt, Stephanie, and Alexander.
Randy Coy - Education OfficerRandy grew up in Eureka, Ca. Randy moved to Chico and attended California State University Chico, graduating with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Randy is married to Nora, and they have two boys; Nathan and Kenny. Randy has held several positions on the NVPOA board including President, Vice President, and at one point Executive Director. Since 1983 Randy has been the property manager for MWS properties of Webb Homes.
Mike Campos - Membership OfficerMike was born in Chico while his parents went to Chico State; then moved to Gridley and the Bay area. Mike returned to Chico in 1966 to attend Chico State, graduating in 1971. Mike married Nancy in 1973 and bought their first house in 1974, which they still own today. Mike and Nancy have 3 children; Jesse, Erin, and Kevin. In 1972 they opened Sleepy Hollow Waterbeds, located downtown where Peet's Coffee is now located. The store closed in 1980. Mike previously served on the NVPOA Board as Treasurer. He also served on the boards for the Aqua Jets and Kiwi Growers Association; served on the General Plan Task Force, South Campus Neighborhood Association, and Barber Yard Neighborhood Association. He currently serves on the Advisory Boards for Chico Police Dept. and California Water Company.
Dan Herbert - Member at LargeDan is the co-owner & President of Sheraton Real Estate Management, Inc. and is affiliated with the North Valley Property Owners Association. Dan became a member of the board in 2009 and serves on the New Beginning Campaign Committee, Enloe Foundation Scholarship Committee, and Enloe Foundation Golf Tournament Committee. A member of Chico Noon Rotary, Dan formerly served on the Chico City Council and as Mayor of Chico.
Bob Battezzato - Industry Partner OfficerBob was born and raised in San Francisco. He attended California State University Chico and graduated in 1979 with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Bob worked for Exxon Business Systems in the Bay Area and became VP of Marketing for Commonwealth Land Title Company. In 1995 Bob moved to Chico, with his wife, Claudia and two sons; Anthony and Dominic. Bob also worked AT&T Wireless Services where he became the Regional Manager for Northern California and Reno Business Segment. Currently Bob is the Director of Marketing for Cleanrite-Buildrite in Chico.

Jennifer MorrisJennifer moved to Chico in 1999 from Cedarville, Ca. Jennifer graduated from Butte College with an AS degree in Social and Behavioral Science with a minor in Child Development. Jennifer has over 10 years of property management experience working for two local property management companies. Jennifer has also been a licensed real estate agent since 2005. Since June 2008, Jennifer has been the Executive Director for North Valley Property Owners Association. Jennifer married her high school sweetheart, Ron, in 2008. They have two daughters; Rylee and Jaylnn.
