We have two types of membership at NVPOA, Owner / Manager Members or Product
Service Council (PSC) members. We also offer credit screening services
available through subscription.
- Owner/Manager Membership is for individual owners of rental property, for fee
management companies, and for large rental corporations.
- Product Service Council (PSC) Membership is for individuals or firms that
support the rental housing industry by providing the crucial services our Owner
/ Manager Members need to run their properties.
