We have two types of membership at NVPOA, Owner / Manager Members or Product
Service Council (PSC) members. We also offer credit screening services
available through subscription.
Owner/Manager Membership is for individual owners of rental property, for fee
management companies, and for large rental corporations.
Product Service Council (PSC) Membership is for individuals or firms that
support the rental housing industry by providing the crucial services our Owner
/ Manager Members need to run their properties.
