tool helps the owner of 24 or fewer apartments to quickly and economically
obtain valuable information about your prospective residents including
credit reports from TransUnion, Eviction Search, Identity checking, and
decision support through our NVPOA decision assistant. Pricing for
assisted credit reports is $24.95. Subscriber direct reports (you pull
them from our site) are only $9.95.
- Large Rental Corporation Tenant Screening. This is the same
product as our Tenant Screening Service, however, this product is licensed
differently due to FRCA regulations. Pricing for assisted credit reports is
$24.95. Subscriber direct reports (you pull them from our site) are
only $9.95.
- Fee Management Company Tenant Screening. This is the same
product as our Tenant Screening Service, however, this product is also
licensed differently due to FRCA regulations. Pricing for assisted credit
reports is $24.95. Subscriber direct reports (you pull them from our
site) are only $9.95.
- Pre-Employment Screening. This tool allows an employer to
obtain credit, DMV, criminal, and identity information on that prospective
job applicant to help you make the right hiring decision. We are
developing this product right now and will update you as we progress.
