NVPOA offers enhanced tenant screening

Transition to TransUnion and our alliance with TazWorks a vast improvement

April 2, 2003 -- The North Valley Property Owners Association has forged a new alliance with TransUnion, TazWorks, and Omni Data to provide state of the art tenant screening services to property owners in the North State.

Beginning April 4, 2006, rental property operators and managers will be able to subscribe to this new service and obtain their tenant screening reports via our new web interface.

Now, instead of a basic report, users will be able to choose from a menu and obtain FICO scores, eviction searches, and decision support scoring information all delivered in a user friendly format with no need to download software. Our partner, TazWorks will store the reports for the statutory 3 year period in their secure location thus relieving the property owner / manager from this responsibility.
