Welcome to the NVPOA Website!
Since 1981 we have been dedicated to the education of our
members, to
the advocacy of the rental housing industry, and to improving the
quality of rental housing in the North State.
Our Mission
The North Valley Property
Owners Association, representing over 13,000 rental units, is an
industry association founded to promote, protect, and advance the rental
housing industry, and to enhance and promote the relationship between
property owners and residents for their mutual benefit.
