NVPOA has developed a powerful credit screening solution for our members in cooperation with Credit Bureau Associates:

Owner / Manager Tenant Screening Service. This invaluable tool helps the owner/manager of rental properties to quickly and economically obtain valuable information about your prospective residents including credit reports from TransUnion, Eviction Search, and Identity Verification.

An onsite inspection of your home/office is required to obtain access to credit reports. The fee for this inspection with Trend source is $60.00 (per site). Please call CBA at 800-564-6440 ext. 104 or 126 to request your inspection and set up your account.
